The Beatles “get back” onto multiple charts in the United Kingdom this week. The legendary pop-rock outfit sees one album and multiple singles become top performers and bestselling titles again in the nation where the musicians are still regarded as the best of the best. Those returning favorites join other classics, as the group’s catalog continues to rack up streams and sales.

The Beatles Bring Two Hits Back

The nation that spawned the most successful musical act of all time welcomes back two hit songs from The Beatles. Both tracks appear on the same tally, as “From Us to You” – an EP bearing that name, not the even-more-famous “From Me to You” – and “I Want to Hold Your Hand” reenter the Official Physical Singles chart together.

The two cuts have already spent double-digit frames on this roster, but didn’t appear last time around. Now, an increase in purchases sends them back. The higher-rising of the two is “From Us to You,” which breaks back in at No. 53. “I Want to Hold Your Hand” comes in more than 20 spots further south at No. 74.

“From Us to You” Vs. “I Want to Hold Your Hand”

While “From Me to You” may be the higher-peaking of the two charting Beatles cuts at the moment, “I Want to Hold Your Hand” has risen to a loftier position in the past. That track peaked in the runner-up spot and has now spent 22 weeks on the Official Physical Singles chart. “From Us to You” stalled at No. 10 and has appeared on this tally — which ranks only the bestselling cuts on any physical format — for just four frames.

The Beatles’s Albums and Hit Songs

The Beatles claim a pair of popular songs and successful albums, but there’s a difference between the performance of the two types of releases. The albums manage to appear on multiple rankings, while the tracks do not.

1962–1966 returns to the Official Albums chart at No. 97, doubling up as it also dips to No. 92 on the Official Albums Streaming list. The group claims a pair of positions on both tallies, as its sister compilation 1967–1970 rises slightly on the Official Albums ranking to No. 64 and dips to No. 56 on the Official Albums Streaming roster.
